Sacred Collaborative Leadership Training

This transformative leadership programme is for those who desire a shift in the world from dysfunctional, patriarchal, structures that we have habituated to and often unconsciously perpetuate, to a world where regenerative ways of organising, relating and leadership are commonplace. 

It is for those who are called to learn and awaken the necessary practises, awareness and skills to help facilitate this collective shift.

The collective need is a new paradigm - one of collaboration - as the current paradigm of domination is unsustainable and degenerative. The mainstream societal structures holding it are showing their cracks, and collapse is inevitable. We need wholesome alternatives to turn to. 

This programme will be a space for teachings, learnings, experimentation and magical discoveries...

 

More about who this four-month programme is for:

• Are you interested in learning people-based skills for collective decision-making and co-organising?

• Are you interested in an experiential four-month shared journey where you actually apply alternatives to top-down ways of working, as part of a small group of around six people? 

• Are you interested in a transformative programme via *video call that weaves powerful approaches such as social permaculture, consent-based decision-making (drawing on sociocracy), non-violent communication, and process work along with Islamic spirituality?

  Barriers and Access to SCL

  
  We are keen to hear from you if the Sacred Collaborative Leadership Programme resonates and you are pulled to do it, but there are barriers that are preventing you from applying/registering, so we can consider this for future runs. 

  Thus, if there is a barrier for you, is it related to the time of the week (the next run is planned for Thursdays, 4.30pm-7pm UK time for the calls - last time was Sundays, 5pm-7.30pm UK time); or are there felt barriers regarding the framework for fees/exchange? 

  
  Or is there anything else that feels a barrier? If so we would be keen to hear what might work better for you?
